It happened just before 4 p.m. on the 3600 block of N. 17th Street in Tioga-Nicetown, city police told Daily Voice.
The victims, one man and one woman, were pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. No arrests had been made and no weapons recovered as of Tuesday evening.
